Positive: Such pretty hotel. Our room overlooked the courtyard which has palmtrees and sitting areas. Calming The restaurant in the hotel was yummy. The best fries around.

Positive: Property was beautiful, well maintained.
Negative: Could not get the restaurant to answer a call for room service. Made many attempts to. The rooms are outdated. My room smelled of cigarette smoke even though booked a non smoking.

Positive: Room was spacious and clean, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. Excellant WIFI. Bedding was exceptional. Bathroom was fine but no walk-in shower. Restaurant was limited but no worries as there's a great restaurant across the parking lot. Breakfast was average.
Negative: My particular room had a diagonal entrance to the bathroom which was annoying.

Positive: My son loved fishing in the pond.
Negative: We really enjoyed our stay. We were very disappointed that you removed the hot tub. I wish you had a regular restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner specials

Positive: The room was great....and accommodations were amazing. 2 pools the gym and the snack room with free snacks....The welcome at check in was awesome...very friendly! Will definitely go back again and I would recommend them to friends and family
